Good to know
The studio is above our attached garage and accessed by indoor stairs. We live on-site and give guests privacy, but are nearby if needed. Guests enter through the garage and walk up 15 steps to the immaculately clean studio. A large laundry room separates the garage/apartment from our house. We have 3 dogs that play outside. 🐶
